Linguistic Governance Actions at the National University of Río Cuarto: A comprehensive Language Program

     This article examines the implementation process of the Comprehensive Language Program at the National University of Río Cuarto. With institutional antecedents that challenge alternative structures for the management of languages, the current debate on the Internationalization of Higher Education sets up a favorable scenario for the consideration of models with their own characteristics. Thus, the perception of languages as devices for reflection on counter-hegem onic structures, based on thesociocultural characteristics of the Latin American region, promotes institutional planning for collaborative and solidarity-based internationalization. And this does not limit international articulation to a specific region, it only sets out this dynamic in terms of relative balance.
